How to make a Mosquito Walkalong glider?

FIRST, FOAM CUTTING MACHINE

First you need to make a foam cutting machine in order to make a Styrofoam sheet to make a glider.You need a wooden board, a Ni-chrome thin wire that you can heat on, two springs to pull the wires to keep the tension, and screws to keep the tension on and to adjust the height of the wire.

1. A wooden board:The platform of the cutting machine

2. Ni-chrome wire: to heat and cut the foam

3. Springs and Nails

4. Ipad or any divice charger output = 5.1V 2.1A
This is the most suitable electrical current I have tried

to heat the Ni-chrome wire for cutting the Styrofoam

Cut the USB wire and separate the power wire

After setting up

STYROFOAM
(the right type of foam)

This is the right kind of foam that you need to use to make the foam airplane. You can get it in the art craft store or use a seafood foam box to cut the right size you need

You can also try using other kind of foam but I personal think Styrofoam is the best,because Styrofoam is light and strong

HOW TO CUT THE FOAM?

You may start practicing by cutting smaller ones at first before cutting the good foam,just gently and smoothly slide the foam though the heating Ni-chrome wire.
With the right temperature,the right speed,the right thickness and the right weight you can have a good sheet of foam, about 0.5mm thickness

HOW TO FOLD THE FOAM PAPER GLIDER?

Fold it with a ruler and a book,first stack the foam in to the book and then leave the part where you want it to be fold out side, please follow the instruction on the model sheet, and then carefully bend the foam upward.Do that with all line on the foam glider model.Check you wing angle with the angle gauge.
